| Charter Pilot Hiring Process |
- Pilot applicant will submit resume for initial
review.
- Upon request. pilot applicant will submit company
application, pilot supplement, copy of driver’s
license and pilot certificates and completed PRIA
request.
- Pilot applicant will complete written exam consisting
of 40 questions regarding general airplane operations,
FARs, performance, meteorology and instrument operations.
A passing grade of 80% is required to move
to the next phase of the application process.
- Pilot applicant will complete short interview
with management team. After approval of the
management team, the applicant will move on to the
next step of the process.
- The pilot applicant will ride along on Northeast
Aviation revenue trips with three senior captains.
After the third trip, the pilot review board
will make a hiring decision regarding the applicant.
